TIMELINE
TESTIMONIALS
Darielle Martin
Duke Law ’27
“As a first-generation college student, I often had to seek out resources and support on my own, and rarely saw people in those support roles that looked like or could relate to me. This scholarship was monumental in my law school journey because it gave me financial support and resources to prepare for the LSAT. In addition, I received one-on-one coaching and writing assistance with my personal and diversity statement. Without this program I would not have been able to submit strong applications that most accurately reflected my capability and drive.”

“Being the first person in my family to consider attending law school and pursuing a career in the legal field, I didn’t have people to guide me on my journey of taking the LSAT, building a legal resume, and completing the other components of applying to law school. With the help of Niki and the rest of the PracticePro team, the process of applying to law school and preparing for a career in law are so much less daunting for me. I am so thankful to be a Pre-Law Diversity Scholar because the PracticePro team has constantly recognized and encouraged my potential. I can’t wait to see how far I’ll go under PracticePro’s expert guidance!”

Having a team who believed in me and saw my potential from day one has helped guide me throughout this process and brought me one step closer to accomplishing my goal of becoming a lawyer.”
